Mudan Consultancy organiseert en begeleidt zakelijke en culturele activiteiten in China voor Nederlandse bedrijven en organisaties. Mudan Consultancy is een initiatief van twee ervaren China-professionals die wonen en werken in Beijing, vloeiend Chinees spreken en de weg kennen in China. Mudan beschikt over een uitgebreid netwerk van relaties in diverse sectoren zoals stedenplanning & architectuur, milieu, onderwijs, bankwezen, media, landbouw en de culturele sector.

Specialisaties

  • leggen van eerste contacten met Chinese partners
  • organiseren van delegatiebezoeken, incl. het begeleiden van de activiteiten in China of Nederland
  • verzorgen van cross-culturele trainingsprogramma's: voor Nederlandse managers, Chinese werknemers en internationale teams worden trainingsprogramma's op maat samengesteld

Voorbeelden van eerdere projecten

  • Een Nederlandse importeur van Chinese groente is op zoek naar nieuwe leveranciers. Mudan Consultancy selecteert potentiële leveranciers, bezoekt samen met een vertegenwoordiger van de importeur verschillende leveranciers en tolkt tijdens de onderhandelingen.
  • Voor een Nederlandse kinder­boeken­uitgeverij legt Mudan Consultancy contact met Chinese uitgeverijen en legt afspraken vast voor ontmoetingen tijdens een grote boekenbeurs in Beijing.
  • Een Nederlandse gemeente heeft een zusterrelatie met een Chinese stad. Om inhoud te geven aan de zusterrelatie, worden culturele projecten opgezet. Mudan Consultancy begeleidt de voorbereidingen van het project.
