“Mensen met een Missie” works worldwide to change beliefs that lead to discrimination, exclusion, and violence. These include beliefs such as men having more rights than women, one religion being superior to another, or people of one background being worth more than those of another background. According to the organization, such beliefs and unequal power structures lie at the core of many conflicts and contribute to polarization and violence in many parts of the world.
