Hanzehogeschool Groningen

De Hanzehogeschool Groningen is de oudste brede hogeschool van Nederland, met een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot 1798. Het is de grootste hogeschool van Noord-Nederland en werkt in innovatiehubs samen met studenten, onderzoekers, bedrijven en organisaties.

Buitenlandmogelijkheden
  • Hanze biedt semesterprogramma’s voor exchange-studenten van partnerinstellingen wereldwijd. Het aanbod omvat onder meer engineering en renewable energy, international business, media en IT, kunst en muziek, zorg, recht, sociale studies en sport.
  • Bij International Business biedt de hogeschool in het derde jaar bovendien een semester werkervaring bij een internationaal georiënteerde organisatie buiten het thuisland; bijvoorbeeld bij bedrijven in New York, Dublin, Barcelona, Mexico-Stad of Hongkong.
  • Het Hanze Centre for Development Cooperation (HCDC), waaronder de Hanze East Africa Hub, werkt aan onderwijsontwikkeling en capaciteitsopbouw in Oost-Afrika, met name in Tanzania, Kenia en Oeganda. Via het HCDC kunnen Nederlandse studenten een stage in Afrika regelen.
