Ervaren schoolmanager in Panama

Je coördineert de dagelijkse gang van zaken op een talenschool.
Je stuurt werknemers aan en verricht marketing en administratieve taken.
Je werkt allround mee aan het goed functioneren van een talenschool en hostel en andere activiteiten.

Wat hou je er aan over?

Competenties: oplossingsgericht zijn, stimuleren en motiveren, verantwoordelijkheid nemen, plannen en organiseren.
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om les of lerarentraining te geven en/of deel te nemen aan excursies.
Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden (lokaal salaris, onderdak en vakantiedagen).

Wat neem je mee?

Competenties: flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid, vindingrijkheid, organisatievermogen, samenwerken.
Goede beheersing van de Engelse en Spaanse taal komt van pas bij je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
Je hebt ruime ervaring met management en bent enthousiast over reizen, avontuur en cultuur.
