This local organization offers volunteer opportunities within the Wolong Panda Club in China. Pandas have been living in their natural habitat here for decades.
This is one of the oldest and largest protected areas for pandas in the world.

Wolong Panda Club biedt de mogelijkheid tot vrijwilligerswerk binnen de Wolong Panda Club in China. Hier leven panda’s al tientallen jaren in hun natuurlijke leefomgeving.
Dit is één van de oudste en grootste beschermde gebieden voor panda’s ter wereld.
Als vrijwilliger houd je je bezig met onderzoekswerkzaamheden, conservatie en fokprogramma’s. Je kunt ook aan de slag als gids binnen het Panda centrum, waarbij je bezoekers rondleidt.

Het Wereld Natuur Fonds (WNF) is een wereldwijd opererende organisatie die zich inzet voor bescherming van de natuur en behoud van biodiversiteit. Om dit te bereiken werkt WNF aan verschillende thema’s zoals water, Nederlandse natuur, klimaat en dieren.

Activiteiten: Stichting Vrienden van het Khongdistrict helpt mensen in Laos om zelf hun levensomstandigheden te verbeteren. Meer onderwijs, betere gezondheidszorg en een basisinkomen voor iedereen vergroten de mogelijkheden voor de lokale bevolking om zichzelf te ontwikkelen.
