Sustainable transport

  • Fairtransport promotes and practices sustainable cargo shipment, solely based on wind energy. The organizations' fleet consists of two ships, the Tres Hombres and the Nordlys. One of the main goals is promoting emission free shipping.
  • Tres Hombres is a engineless cargo ship, that sailes between Europe, the Caribbean and America. The ship has accomodation for five professional sailers and ten trainees.
  • Nordlys travels in Europe, from Norway to Portugal, France, England, Germany and Scotland. It ships local organic wine, oil, ale, whiskey and other goods.
  • Products that are shipped by Fairtransport are promoted at dock events, tastings and at festivals.
