On Freedom: about freedom of women

Thursday 6th of June, Tory Shepherd, the State Editor of The Advertiser, will discuss her newest book together with Dr Niki Vincent, South Australian Commissioner for Equal Opportunity.
Her book 'On Freedom' sheds a light on the way women's own lives as well as society are shaped by their freedom to choose to become a mother or not.
Why? Increasingly, women are choosing to be childfree despite negative comments from other people. Actually, over the next decades the number of couples without children will be larger in number than those who have them.
