COINED is an Argentinean organization with language schools for Spanish lessons in 11 Latin American countries. In addition to Spanish classes, they also offer some volunteer projects, especially in their home base of Córdoba. COINED also mediates in international internships, but you have to contact them about this, there is little information about this on the website these days
