Better Places is een Social Enterprise gespecialiseerd in individuele verre reizen op maat. De organisatie richt zich op sociaal verantwoord en duurzaam toerisme.
Volg een traineeship op het gebied van duurzaam toerisme in Afrika, Azië of Zuid-Amerika
- Je volgt verschillende trainingen in Nederland ter voorbereiding op je werkzaamheden bij een toeristische organisatie in het buitenland.
- Je gaat aan het werk bij een lokale organisatie op bestemming waar je klanten begeleidt tijdens het gehele proces van boeking tot reis.
- Je zet je in voor het verduurzamen van de toeristische sector door bijvoorbeeld de impact van reizen op mens, milieu en natuur te meten.
Wat hou je er aan over?
- Competenties: omgevingsbewust zijn, zelfvertrouwen hebben, zelfstandig werken, communiceren.
- Je hebt de mogelijkheid werkervaring op te doen binnen een toeristische organisatie in het buitenland, waarbij je je voorkeur kunt uitspreken qua bestemming.
- Je ontvangt een salaris waarvan je kunt rondkomen.
Wat neem je mee?
- Competenties: omgevingsbewust zijn, servicegericht zijn, professioneel handelen, initiatief nemen.
- Je zit in de laatste fase van je studie of hebt een studie afgerond op het gebied van toerisme.
- Je kunt jezelf goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels, een derde taal is een pre.
