Job responsibilities

Provide high quality service to the customers in the restaurant
Contribute to a minimalization of food waste
Take orders for food and beverages and work together to make sure the food is ready in time
Complete food calculation and stock forms
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment

Competences to develop include authenticity, responsibility, working together under pressure and working in a team, oral communication

Needed competences and other requirements

For this position you need to be enthusiastic, creative, flexible and customer service oriented.
Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality
Collage graduate or certificate in desired expertise
Current Food handlers permit
Able to work under pressure
Courteous and polite
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed & accuracy
Follow compliance with health and safety regulations
Professional in appearance and punctual
Is a team player and has positive attitude
Able to work holidays, and be flexible regarding availability to work
Energetic and hard- working individuals who are skilled in kitchen and restaurant activities.
Candidates must demonstrate good people skills and assume other roles identified by manager.
Preferable live in the Picard Portsmouth area and hold a valid driver’s license.
