Het hostel is geregeld op zoek naar nieuw personeel als het seizoen weer geopend wordt. Op de vermelde website vind je voorbeelden van vacatures, maar het hostel moedigt ook open sollicitaties aan. Werknemers krijgen veel ruimte om eigen activiteiten te ontplooien binnen het hostel. Dit kunnen dingen zijn als het geven van een pilatesworkshop, het analyseren van het soort bezoekers van het hostel of andere werkzaamheden die aansluiten bij jouw competenties en ervaringen.
