Luxe appartementen

ZEN Holiday Rentals heeft zo'n 25 appartementen in Nice onder haar hoede. De appartementen bevinden zich allemaal maximaal 10 minuten van het strand en van het bekende 'Place Massena'.
De organisatie zorgt onder andere dat de appartementen geboekt worden via diverse boekingssites en dat de appartementen goed onderhouden worden.
Daarnaast zorgt de organisatie voor servicegericht en klantvriendelijk contact met de gasten, voor, na en tijdens het verblijf.

Spotlightvacature: Word property manager van luxe appartementen in Zuid-Frankrijk

Werkzaamheden in het kort: o.a.

Schoonmaken, prepareren en onderhouden van de appartementen, wat je rapporteert aan de leidinggevende
Je helpt bij het inchecken en verwelkomen van de gasten
Je beheert de voorraden van de appartementen
Je wast en strijkt linnengoed samen collega's op kantoor
Je zorgt dat infomap, welkomstmandje en inrichting goed staan voordat de gasten arriveren

Competenties die je nodig hebt en andere voorwaarden: o.a.

Je vindt schoonmaken niet erg om te doen en hebt oog voor detail
Je begrijp de het belangrijk is dat dingen goed werken en schoon zijn in een appartement
Je spreekt wat Engels en Frans
Je bent representatief en spontaan
Je werkt 5 dagen per week ongeveer 4-5 uur per dag. Vaak zal dit van 11 tot 15 uur zijn.
Competenties die je nodig hebt: zelfstandigheid, resultaatgerichtheid

Competenties die je kunt opdoen en andere voordelen: o.a.

Werken in een jong, gezellig en dynamisch team met een marktconform salaris dat je uitbetaald krijgt op je Nederlandse bankrekening (+ bonus als je het hele seizoen afmaakt)
Je hebt als property manager verschillende doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen het bedrijf, en mogelijkheid tot een vast contract en terugkomst in het volgende seizoen
Je krijgt hulp bij het vinden van huisvesting, en je krijgt vakantiedagen
Je hebt genoeg tijd om van Nice, het strand en de zon te genieten. Je hebt bijvoorbeeld genoeg tijd om een cursus Frans naast je werk te volgen.
