Loop stage of doe (afstudeer)onderzoek bij een opleidingscentrum voor jongeren in Afrika

Je loopt stage of doet onderzoek bij een internationale organisatie die opleidingscentra in onder andere Zimbabwe en Mozambique heeft, waar jongeren worden opgeleid tot ambassadeurs van verandering.
Er is veel ruimte om je stage of onderzoek vorm te geven, in overleg met de organisatie.
Daarnaast zijn er diverse mogelijkheden om je handen uit de mouwen te steken. Denk aan het inrichten van een schoollokaal, of het organiseren van festivals.

Wat hou je er aan over?

Competenties: omgevingsbewust zijn, professioneel handelen, plannen.
Er is een uitgebreid bemiddelingstraject, waarbij wordt gekeken in hoeverre jouw kennis en/of ervaring bij de projecten van de organisatie aansluit.
Je draagt bij aan de zelfredzaamheid van jongeren in Zuid-Oost Afrika.

Wat neem je mee?

Competenties: analyseren, organisatiebewust zijn, samenwerken.
Je kunt goed overweg met cultuurverschillen en hebt een open houding ten opzichte van andere culturen.
Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
