Stichting Mlambe

Deze Nederlandse organisatie richt zich op het behoud van cultureel erfgoed in Malawi en werkt hiervoor samen met zowel Nederlandse als Afrikaanse vrijwilligers. Als vrijwilliger kun je bijvoorbeeld onderzoek doen naar het natuurlijk verven van katoen in Malawi en dit proces in kaart brengen. Een andere mogelijkheid is het aanleggen of beheren van een boomkwekerij of bijvoorbeeld kleine dorpjes bezoeken voor het inkopen van oude voorwerpen en het doen van interviews.

Je kunt ook in Nederland aan de slag als vrijwilliger. Je kunt je onder andere bezighouden met het uitbrengen van de nieuwsbrief, bijhouden van de site of het werven van nieuwe fondsen en donoren.

Het is momenteel onduidelijk of de organisatie momenteel nog projecten heeft waar je als vrijwilliger lokaal kunt bijdragen.
