Card game to learn new words

Buy or make cards yourself with on one side a picture of the word you would like to learn and on the other side the word wriiten down. And in this case, as it is for Chinese language, also the characters.

The card game works as follows: every player takes a card, looks how to pronounce the word, and puts this card above his/her head with the image side facing the front. For example I pick the card with a strawberry on it. On the back of the card I see that the Chinese word for strawberry is 'căo méi' and put te card on my head so I cannot see it myself anymore. (Once every player has done this the game begins) If someones points at me I have to repeat 3x the word on my card, so in this case I would say 'căo méi, căo méi, căo méi'. When I am finished I point at someone else in the group and this person does the same. This goes on and on until everybody more or less remembers his/her card. Then, everyone takes new card and the game continues. One can make the game more difficult by saying the word as fast as possible. One can play this game with 3 or more people. Of course one can play with 2 people or even by yourself, but it will be less fun.
