YOUZ is a youth center in Nagold, a town in the northern Black Forest in Germany.

Volunteering

Volunteer positions are available annually at YOUZ (starting in September). As a volunteer, you will assist with the youth center's daily operations or help out at a primary or secondary school. The minimum duration for volunteering is generally one year. Please check the YOUZ website for the latest opportunities and application procedures.

JoHo WorldSupporter mission and vision:

JoHo wants to enable people and organizations to develop and work better together, and thereby contribute to a tolerant and sustainable world. Through physical and online platforms, it supports personal development and promote international cooperation is encouraged.

Jeugdhuis & spelmogelijkheden

YOUZ is een jeugdhuis waar jongeren tussen de 12 en 23 jaar terecht kunnen om elkaar te ontmoeten en te ontspannen.
Er zijn verschillende spelmogelijkheden, zoals een Playstation, biljart, tafelvoetbal en tafeltennis. Ook is er een fitnessruimte en is het voor bands mogelijk om gebruik te maken van een oefenruimte waar onder andere drums aanwezig zijn.
Wekelijks wordt er een goedkope maaltijd klaargemaakt in het jeugdhuis en er zijn snacks en drankjes te koop voor een lage prijs.
Jongeren die thuis, op school of met andere mensen in hun omgeving problemen ervaren, kunnen bij YOUZ terecht om hierover te praten en samen met de begeleiders van YOUZ naar een oplossing te zoeken.
