Wat zijn de veranderingen in de colleges ten opzichte van bestaande collegeaantekeningen/ sheets:

  •  Chornologische volgorde ingevoerd; onderwerpen van het college zijn hetzelfde maar in een andere volgorde.
  • Belanghebbende moet je voor het tentamen kunnen gebruiken en wanneer hier sprake van is (eigen persoonlijk belang, objectief en actueel) + 1:2 Awb;  is degene wiens belang rechtstreeks bij het besluit is betrokken; eigen en persoonlijk belang. 
  • Legaliteitsbeginsel/Specialiteitsbeginsel toegevoegd (art. 1:2 lid 2 Awb, art. 3:4 lid 1 Awb); 

Welke opmerkingen worden er tijdens het college gedaan door de docent met betrekking tot het tentamen?

  • Er werd in het hoorcollege de nadruk gelegd op de term Bestuursorganen; dit is te vinden in artikel 1:1 Awb. In lid 2 van dit artikel zijn uitzonderingen op de bestuursorganen. Er is de nadruk gelegd om deze uitzondeirngen goed te lezen voor het tentamen.
