The Ocean Cleanup is a Dutch non-profit organization, with worldwide operations. The Ocean Cleanup is developing and scaling solutions to rid the world’s oceans of plastic. They aim to put themselves out of business once the oceans are clean. Recently the focus has shifted partially from cleaning the Oceans to stopping the waste inflow at rivers.

The Ocean Cleanup offers regular job openings, from IT, AI and engineering to legal and fundraising. Note that as a non-profit organization, compensation reflects their mission-driven nature.
