KIU Swahili language and cultural training

De taalschool is opgezet in 1985. Naast taalcursussen Swahili worden er op de taalschool cultuurlessen en vertaaldiensten aangeboden. De organisatie biedt op verschillende locaties in
Tanzania taalcursussen Swahili aan.

Eén van de mogelijke locaties voor een taalcursus Swahili is het eiland Zanzibar. Zanzibar is gelegen voor de kust van Tanzania. Aan de oost- en noordkust van het eiland vind je uitgestrekte zandstranden waar u prachtig kunt snorkelen en duiken. De hoofdstad, Stonetown, staat bekend om haar smalle, kronkelige straatjes met typische huisjes, winkels, bazaars en moskeeën.
