GBTA Convention 2019

Would you like to know what defines today's corporate travel buyer? This convention will try to find out how they manage the travel experience of the travelers, the extent to which they are involved in the planning and the way this role has shifted over time. If one thing is sure, it's that the travel buyer's role is changing. Emerging technologies play a huge part in this transformation, since they changed nowaday's managed travel experience. Travel buyers need to take into account procurement, human resources, security/risk mitigation and meetings management. Current geopolitical issues are very important to take into consideration.
