Today I want to share a personal story with you guys that made me think of how people intercourse with others. As you might remember I recently graduated so I'm applying to jobs in the hope to find my dreamjob and start my carreer.

A few weeks ago I wrote to my number one company, were I really really really want to work, since I think they are amazing and moreover, they would be the perfect company for me to develop myself. 

I never expected to hear from them but I did, they wanted to talk with me, it is an international company, so the first contact would be over the phone. I had an absolute brilliant interview, it was laid back, fun and there was a good connection. The day after they called back, to tell me they were very impressed and they really felt like there was good connection between the company and me, they asked if I wanted to write a little piece to check my language skills.

After that... silence. No email, no phone nothing. I didn't want to be impatient so I waited a week and called them. They were again really kind, told me they had some internal delays, "It wouldn't take long now, I would hear something that same week or otherwise definitely next week".

I waited, and waited, and waited. Again I didn't hear anything, no email, no phonecall nothing. So today I called them back again, "She was just back from a holiday", it sounded like she felt a bit uncomfortable about the whole situation as well. She was sure a dissicion would be made by now, she would find out and call me back... And I.... I'm waiting again. 

People tell me it is "normal" in big companies, and that I shouldn't take it personal, and maybe in my heart I know they are right, but it still made me think. I honestly think this is exactly what is wrong in society, because it is not "normal" but we make it normal by accepting it. It is just a difficult situation, I want that job, but I want to be treathen right as well.
