IFMSA

IFMSA-NL is an international organization run by and for medical students.

IFMSA-NL serves as an international platform specifically aimed at medical students, with local branches in Groningen, Leiden, Maastricht, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Amsterdam. The organization focuses on the theme of “global health” and runs various initiatives and projects aimed at improving awareness and outcomes related to global health issues.

For students interested in going abroad, IFMSA-NL offers clinical, research, and development internships designed to broaden their knowledge and provide experience with healthcare systems in other countries. It is also possible to participate in short-term exchanges with other medical faculties across Europe through IFMSA.
