What to take with you to Poland: spotlighted

  • Documents: passport or ID card and copies.
  • Money: it is useful to bring zloty, because Debit cards or Credit cards are not always accepted in the countryside. In the city you can easily pay with a card.
  • Care: strong sunscreen for the summer.
  • Outdoor and practical items: sunglasses, especially for the summer. A good raincoat for unexpected showers and a backpack rain cover for walks.
  • Clothing: depends on the season. Versatile clothing and layers are useful. Poland has four seasons that all require different clothing, and the weather can also change considerably during the day.

  • Shoes: comfortable shoes for your city walks and outings, but also good walking shoes for when you go into the mountains.
