JoHo WorldSupporter mission and vision:

  • JoHo wants to enable people and organizations to develop and work better together, and thereby contribute to a tolerant tolerant and sustainable world. Through physical and online platforms, it support personal development and promote international cooperation is encouraged.

Opvang

  • Stichting Betheljada is in 1979 opgericht als opvang voor kinderen en jongeren met een meervoudige beperking.
  • De opvang biedt zowel dagopvang als 24-uurs opvang aan.
  • Voor de dagopvang worden de clienten veelal door het vervoer van Betheljada zelf opgehaald en weggebracht. Tijdens hun verblijf worden er naast aandacht voor de zorgbehoeftes activiteiten aangeboden rondom wandelen, muziek, voorlezen en dans.
  • De 24-uurs opvang bestaat uit een paar groepen van zo'n 10 clienten die permanent bij Betheljada wonen.
  • Het doel is om de levensverwachting van mensen te laten toenemen en het taboe rondom beperkingen te verminderen.
  • Betheljada wil een positieve invloed uitoefenen op de omgeving door deel te nemen aan overlegsstructuren waar nationaal beleid uit voortvloeit.
