The au pair stay offers young people of all nationalities the opportunity to live abroad for a time. The aim of the au pair stay is a two-way cultural exchange: the young au pair brings with him/her a new culture, a foreign language and thus an opening onto the rest of the world.

Check-IT is het China-Holland Educational Competence and Knowledge center on Information Technology. Check-IT is een samenwerkingsverband tussen de Software School van Xiamen University en diverse universiteiten in Nederland, waaronder de Universiteit van Leiden, de Haagse Hogeschool en de Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.

Stagebemiddeling

Check-IT maakt een ict gerelateerde stage of minor mogelijk bij bedrijven in China.
Getalenteerde studenten uit het derde of vierde jaar van IT-opleidingen én internationaliseringsbureaus van universiteiten kunnen een verzoek indienen om deel te nemen aan Check-IT projecten.

Accommodatie

Het projectburaeau van Check-IT biedt ondersteuning bij het regelen van appartementen tegen een lokale huurprijs.

Business services

Bedrijven die actief zijn in China, of dat willen worden, kunnen zich aanmelden als projectpartner van Check-IT
Docenten en managers die hun horizon willen verbreden kunnen zich registreren voor een Resident Teacher positie in China. Zie Jobs.

Jobs

Als docent of manager kun je je aanmelden voor een resident teacher positie in China. In deze positie begeleid je dan de diverse IT-projectgroepen en studenten in China. Check de website voor de meest actuele mogelijkheden.

Internships

Ben je minimaal +/- vier maanden beschikbaar en derde of vierde jaars student van een HBO IT-opleiding, dan zijn er vele stagemogelijkheden. Check de website voor de meest actuele mogelijkheden.

Volunteering

Er zijn voor zover bekend nog geen mogelijkheden voor vrijwilligerswerk bij Check-IT.
