De organisatie heeft een samenwerking met China Gap. China gap biedt drie verschillende uitwisselingsprogrammas. Als tussenjaar kan je gaan werken in China als au pair, leraar engels of werken in een hotel.

Au Pair Amsterdam is een bemiddelingsorganisatie tussen au pairs uit het buitenland en Nederlandse gastgezinnen. De organisatie helpt gastgezinnen met het vinden van een geschikte au pair. Verder helpt Au Pair Amsterdam de au pair met praktische zaken, zoals het leven in Nederland, de vergunningen etc. Daarnaast wordt er ook sociale begeleiding aangeboden aan de au pairs. Het is ook mogelijk om een eigen au pair te vinden, dan worden alsnog de vorige diensten aangeboden.
