De school is opgezet met het doel verantwoord toerisme te stimuleren. Dit betekent dat je als toerist tijdens een reis verdiepende kennis op doet van het land en haar cultuur. De taalschool ondersteunt de taalcursussen dan ook met een cultureel programma.

Locatie:
De school is gelegen in het centrum van Alexandrië. Alexandrië is een havenstad, gelegen in het noorden van Egypte, aan de Middellandse Zee. De stad, die zijn naam ontleent aan Alexander de Grote, telt 5 miljoen inwoners. In de zomer is de stad een toeristische attractie. Er zijn dan ook veel bezienswaardigheden, musea, parkjes, markten en ontspanningsmogelijkheden.

De school is gevestigd op de eerste verdieping van een typisch Alexandrijns gebouw en voorzien van alle gemakken. Er is onder andere een café in de school en draadloos internet aanwezig.
Je kunt deelnemen aan culturele workshops zoals buikdansen, kalligrafie, lezingen over de Islam en stadstours.
