Wat zijn de veranderingen in de hoorcolleges?
In de originelen is er eerst nog een terugblik naar het vorig college, dat ontbreekt hier, maar die informatie moet wel gewoon worden ingelezen bij week 6.
Bij het onderdeel ‘vrije meningsuiting’ wordt het belang van de Sunday Times-criteria nogmaals besproken, wat de beperkingen van art. 10 EVRM betreft. Verder komt alles overeen.
Welke onderwerpen worden besproken die niet worden behandeld in de literatuur?
Alles wat genoemd is in het hoorcollege is tevens te vinden in het Handboek en/of de arresten.

Wat is belangrijk voor het tentamen?
Het is belangrijk om de criteria van het EVRM voor ontoelaatbare ongelijke behandeling te kennen, namelijk:
- Vergelijkbare gevallen worden
- Ongelijk behandeld
- Zonder objectieve en redelijke rechtvaardiging
Je moet goed onderscheid kunnen maken tussen direct onderscheid en indirect onderscheid in de zin van de Awgb.
Artikel 7 van de Grondrecht is belangrijk en je moet onthouden dat het connex/annex recht het versprijdingsrecht is. Dit staat dus niet letterlijk in het artikel maar moet worden ingelezen.
