Parallel gedrag bij de berekening van een uniforme bankprovisie voor door de banken uit de
tegoeden van hun cliënten verrichte overmakingen van de ene lidstaat naar de andere, vormt een door artikel 101 lid 1 VWEU verboden onderling afgestemde feitelijke gedraging, komt vast te staan dat dit parallel gedrag de voor zo’n feitelijke gedraging kenmerkende eigenschappen van coördinatie en samenwerking vertoont en dat deze gedraging de mededingingsvoorwaarden op de dienstverleningsmarkt voor deze overmakingen merkbaar ongunstig kan beïnvloeden.
