Deze internationale organisatie biedt projecten aan waarbij je, als vrijwilliger of stagiair, lokale vrouwen begeleidt met het opzetten van kleine bedrijfjes in Ghana. Zo kun je bijvoorbeeld meewerken om meer internationale handel te bevorderen tussen kleine leveranciers in Ghana en afnemers in het buitenland. Je kunt onderzoek doen naar de mogelijkheden van een nieuw product of je kunt trainingen geven aan Ghanese vrouwen die zelf een eigen bedrijfje willen opstarten.

Stage:

Tijdens de stageprogramma's van Women in Progress is er meer individuele begeleiding en wordt er voor je accommodatie gezorgd.
