You take a square sheet. Than you fold the outside corners into the middle. You turn the paper around, and you fold the outside corners into the middle again. And once more, you turn the paper around and turn the corners into the middle. Than you fold it straight, and than you put your thumbs and your forefingers in the corners. Than you can have some fun!
