Amauta Spanish School is an organisation that offers Spanish language courses in Peru. Moreover, the organisation offers the possibility to do volunteerwork or internships and organises a range of cultural activities.

Language course

Amauta offers Spanish courses for students of every level.
You can choose between group lessons, individual lessons or a combination.
Every lesson is taught completely in Spanish which enables you to learn the language at a faster pace.
Besides the course you have the opportunity to get to know Latin American culture through participating in the cultural activities that are included in the programme.

Volunteering

The volunteering projects offered by Amauta are always in combination with a Spanish language course.
The first four weeks are for the Spanish lessons, whereafter you can participate for another 4 to 12 weeks in a volunteering project.
The volunteering options are wide, for example in a hospital, eldery care home or school.

Internships

Amauta offers internship for a variety of study fields.
With the internships you can gain experience in the tourism industry for 16 weeks.
Within the programme every student has the opportunity to gain relevant experience in their field of study, such as sports, education or health.
Most student speak fluent Spanish at the end of their internship.
