Doing Business in Europe - Marketing

This first-class Summer School takes you on a journey through the European world of business. In order to provide the broadest of information, the program covers general and specialized subjects, covering the full range of international business topics. The classes are combined with extensive social activities and business trips to multinationals. The three main strands of the program are: Marketing, Eurozone and Intercultural Management.

No Summer School experience is complete without experiencing the country you are visiting. The social activities are part of the programme, after all: 'something happens every day'! These include: city tour, pub quiz, dinner around the world, biking through the city and a day in Amsterdam.

Target group

International Business Students in the Marketing concentration.

Course aim

To educate students in international marketing while also giving them hands-on opportunities to develop these skills learned in the classroom.

Marketing, Market Entry, Business - 2 credits
Eurozone, Legal, Financial, Political - 2 credits
Intercultural Management, European Business Cultures, Personal Management, Leadership - 2 credits
The evaluations will be based on presentations, assignments and a final written exam.

Fee info

€1,- euro. This includes program participation, accommodation during the program activities, social activities, business trips and use of a bike or a bus card.
