Manq'a is a NGO that was founded in Boliva in 2013. Their goal is to offer education and career opportunities for disadvantaged youths in the gastronomy and hospitality branch.

JoHo WorldSupporter mission and vision:

JoHo wants to enable people and organizations to develop and work better together, and thereby contribute to a tolerant and sustainable world. Through physical and online platforms, it supports personal development and promote international cooperation is encouraged.

JoHo concept:

As a JoHo donor, member or insured, you provide support to the JoHo objectives. JoHo then supports you with tools, coaching and benefits in the areas of personal development and international activities.
JoHo's core services include: study support, competence development, coaching and insurance mediation when departure abroad.

Beyond cooking

Manq'a offers disadvantaged youths a chance to build a career in the gastronomy and hospitality sector by training them as chefs.
In addition, they work on opening up markets for poor farmers and making healthy food accessible for people of limited means.
Currently the organization also operates in Colombia and they plan on spreading to more countries in South America.
Many students who have been trained at one of the Manq'a schools are now running their own business or have a job in de food sector.
