JoHo wants to enable people and organizations to develop and work better together, and thereby contribute to a tolerant and sustainable world. Through physical and online platforms, it supports personal development and promote international cooperation is encouraged.

JoHo concept:

As a JoHo donor, member or insured, you provide support to the JoHo objectives. JoHo then supports you with tools, coaching and benefits in the areas of personal development and international activities.
JoHo's core services include: study support, competence development, coaching and insurance mediation when departure abroad.

Smart response

All Hands and Hearts strives to help communities recover after being affected by a natural disaster.
These natural disasters include hurricanes, earthquakes and tsunamis.
The area's they helped recover so far are among others in the United States, Puerto Rico, Nepal, Mozambique and Mexico.

Response, recovery, resilience, renewal

The organisation works with a four-step plan: response, recovery, resilience, renewal.
Response means that after a natural disaster, All Hands and Hearts indicates immediately what the greatest needs of the affected communitity are.
Recovery responds to this needs by making long-term commitments if necessary, to (re)build homes, schools or community centers.
Resilience ensures that the (new) buildings are better prepared in the case of another disaster.
Renewal emphasizes the attention volunteers give to the community they work in and the new ideas and strategies that may be necessary.

All Hands and Hearts is regularly looking for volunteers to join one of their projects. Volunteers from all ages and backgrounds are welcome, as long as you are physically and mentally fit for the work, and no previous experience in construction is necessary.
