Je staat achter de balie en helpt gasten met in- en uitchecken.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de gasten, beantwoordt vragen en lost eventuele problemen op.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de gasten het naar hun zin hebben op de camping.
