NEDSA Au Pair has been placing South African au pairs with host families in the Netherlands for many years. The organization also helps host families with visa applications and other assistance throughout the year. NEDSA Au Pair believes it is important that au pairs are well prepared for their au pair year and provides guidance through its own offices in South Africa.

Future au pairs can come to the NEDSA Au Pair offices in Potchefstroom, Durbanville, Centurion, Hermanus, Paarl, George and Pretoria

NEDSA Au Pair heeft een vestiging in Nederland en in Zuid-Afrika. Op deze manier worden geschikte au pairs uit Zuid-Afrika en omliggende landen gevonden en worden ze geplaatst bij Nederlandse gezinnen. Ook begeleiding van de au pairs en gezinnen wordt hierdoor vergemakkelijkt.
Via NEDSA Au Pair kunnen au pairs makkelijk in contact met elkaar blijven door de verschillende uitjes die worden georganiseerd.

Learning & Developing talent

Om de au pairs te helpen tijdens hun reis, organiseert NEDSA Au Pair vier keer per jaar een uitje om zo meer te leren over de Nederlandse cultuur. Tijdens dit evenement kunnen de au pairs makkelijk contact maken met andere au pairs.
Daarnaast krijgen de au pairs een (verplichte) cursus van de Nederlandse taal.

Au pair bemiddeling

NEDSA Au Pair verantwoordelijk voor de bemiddeling tussen Nederlandse gastgezinnen en Zuid-Afrikaanse au pairs. Ze helpen met het vinden van een geschikte match, wat leidt tot een succesvolle samenwerking. NEDSA draagt bij op het gebied van voorbereiding, plaatsing en begeleiding van de au pairs.
De organisatie helpt de gastgezinnen met het vinden van een geschikte au pair en de voorbereidingen die daarbij komen kijken. Ook biedt NEDSA hulp tijdens de periode dat de au pair bij het gezin woont.

Het is mogelijk om als au pair bij NEDSA Au Pair te komen werken als je uit Zuid-Afrika (of omliggende landen) komt. Het gaat om een cultureeluitwisselingsproject tussen de twee landen, van maximaal een jaar.
NEDSA Au Pair plaatst over het algemeen 65 au pairs in Nederland per jaar.
