Products & Services CV 

Ontwikkeling en ondersteuning

  • Young in Prison (YiP) is een organisatie die creatieve en sportieve programma's aanbiedt aan jongeren die in conflict zijn geraakt met de wet. Met deze programma's wordt hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling gestimuleerd en worden de jongeren gemotiveerd om een bijdrage te leveren aan de samenleving.
  • De organisatie begeleidt jongeren in de gevangenis of een instelling in het ontdekken van hun krachten en het ontwikkelen van levensvaardigheden. Mensen die vrijkomen kunnen door YiP worden ondersteund in hun overgang naar de maatschappij.
  • Degenen die al langer vrij zijn, kunnen via YiP worden opgeleid om als ervaringsdeskundige training te geven aan professionals die werken binnen het jeugdstrafrecht.

Internationale samenwerking

  • Naast Nederland werkt YiP ook in Colombia, Kenia, Malawi en Zuid-Afrika. Hier wordt samengewerkt met lokale partners, zodat lokale kennis gebruikt kan worden wat de kans op succes van de programma's vergroot.
