In dit arrest heeft de Hoge Raad zich uitgesproken over de verhouding tussen de korte-duur-uitzondering en de regeling inzake de huur van woonruimte in gemeentelijke slooppanden.
De Hoge Raad oordeelde dat de invoering van de regeling inzake de huur van woonruimte in gemeentelijke slooppanden geen beperking heeft gebracht in de toepasselijkheid van de korte-duur-uitzondering.
