Travel & Move: 
Op vakantie kiezen wij er vaak voor om in restaurantjes te eten die door een lokaal gezin worden gerund, zo steun je de lokale bevolking en heb je een authentieke ervaring.
Experience & Leisure: 
Dit jaar heb ik met medestudenten de Ragweek in Utrecht georganiseerd (Raise and Give week).
Hier haalden wij geld op voor het Wilhelmina kinderziekenhuis en Free A Girl, het bedrag is nog niet bekend.
Learn & Develop: 
Op de basisschool deed ik ieder jaar mee aan schoenendoosacties, waarbij ik schoenendozen vulden met spullen die ik dan afstond aan kinderen in minder ontwikkelde landen.
Help & Change: 
Vroeger was ik Ranger bij het WNF, hiervoor ging ik langs de deuren om geld op te halen voor bedreigde diersoorten. Nu probeer ik waar mogelijk fairtrade koffie en chocolade te kopen.
Work & Initiate: 
Ik werk bij een horecabedrijf waar redelijk gelet wordt op de producten waarbij er wordt geprobeerd om biologische of fairtrade producten te gebruiken.
