Spoil yourself a little

I found that spoiling myself a little has helped me see the upsides of this lockdown period. So I make sure to make my lunches look extra festive and really take my time to make and eat it. I've made my workspace as comfortable as possible. I've set an alarmclock to take breaks every two hours (which is much more than I would take when working at the office). As the weather has been quite friendly, stepping outside, even if it's just for a minute or two, is a big treat as well. And cookies. Cookies help.
