Vraag 1: Art. 50 VWEU moet art. 45 VWEU zijn. De horizontale RW van art. 45 VWEU is bepaald in Angonese. 
Casus: Punt 6 is onjuist, de maatregel is niet discriminerend, dus de cassis-rechtvaardiging kan ook worden gebruikt.
