I HAVE ENOUGH SHOES.. SAID NO ONE EVER!!!

After the hunderdth bad bargain I have had enough. I do not want to participate in the shallow market called; commercial fashion industry. About one week ago I bought a new pair of shoes at Sacha Shoes, from the brand Blink, after wearing them for only one week, they were already broken. Absolutely ridiculous and moreover, it really pissed me off and made me think about how this world has chance in a producing machine that wants to make as much money as possible.

Then there were Toms One for One, I've been fan of this brand for a very long time, just never bought a pair before. After this shoe disaster I grabbed my laptop and order a pair of Toms, because that are the shoes a real word supporter should wear.

With every product one purchase, TOMS will help a person in need. Blake Mycoskie, the founder of TOMS went to Argentina in 2006, were he befriended with some village children. None of these children were wearing shoes, which made Blake wanted to be the change. He created TOMS shoes whereby every purchase was supplemented with a gift; a pair of shoes for a child in need.

In 2011 the business grew with eyeware One for One, whereby every pair of eyewear purschased was suplemented with restoring the sight of a person in need. And the company keeps on growing, this year TOMS Roasting has been developed which is all about coffee which is supplemented with clean water for those in need. In short, TOMS gives One for One and helps the world become a little better.

I can't wait for my pair to come in, and to wear them as a proud World Supporter, are you already on the website to order your own pair of TOMS??

Cheers Cecile
